Don’t change but improve!

Hey everyone,
Welcome back to crazy little things! I hope everyone is doing ok and if you are not, well that is ok too because you don’t have to be ok all the time as you are only human. Happy New Year everybody! So my first page of 365 pages has just been spent with fun and relation instead of throwing myself full force into a new years resolution to change. See this is my problem with new years resolution sometimes, as most of the time I find them to be so negative and also most the time people have forgotten about them by the end of January. So I am going to take the same approach that I have been taking for the last couple of years,,,
So today’s tip of the day is –
Don’t change, but improve!
Why change who we are! The more we focus on the negative parts of ourselves the more that turns into self-loathing and when we don’t end up changing that flaw it can welcome a slippery slope down a dark hole. So instead of trying to change something how about improve it instead. that flaw is apart of who you are and I always find the more we try and change it the bigger it can become an invite more negative things to the party.
So for example –
Losing weight is a big people do, instead of that how about get healthy instead. Which can open that up in so many ways, from exercising, introducing more healthy foods into your diet and even getting more sleep.
See this year try and keep it positive back resolutions like focusing on being happy and improving your life instead of putting a magnifying glass on the negative and starting the year off on a negative note.

Take care all,
Vixxy Rose
