You win some you lose some!

kareemabduljabbar1-2x-e1536874408807.jpgHey everyone,

Hope everyone is feeling ok and if you’re not, well that is ok too as you’re only human. Why is it when I am starting to feel myself again anxiety comes knocking? This is why I think I hate anxiety more than I hate bipolar, at least bipolar can give you a warning before it decides to pop on over to fuck with your life. That bitch of anxiety has no manners just comes and goes as she pleases, I wish she would lose my address.
I dream of a day where things can go wrong, like spilling my morning tea without the panic it is going to set my day back or missing my bus and my reaction is just shrugging my shoulders and saying “ah well shit happens”. Anxiety can sometimes leave you feeling you are a prisoner in your own mind nothing you do or say will ever be right. I am not quite there at the moment; it feels more like an annoying voice putting doubt in my mind about silly things. At moment I am just trying to dodge the rabbit holes she is placing before me and carrying on with my path.

So my tip of the day is –

You win some you lose some!

We are not going to win every battle that presents itself and that is not being negative that’s being realistic, because if we didn’t lose the occasional battle what would we really learn, that life goes exactly how we want it to?
Mistakes happen to the best of us, the path we walk is not an easy one and if mental illness is added to that then the path gets more complicated. Yeah you may end up in a dead-end now and then but that doesn’t mean you can’t either turn round find another way to go or you could knock down that wall in your path, there is no wrong or right answer, it is what is best for you.
Life lessons are fucking important but they are also person-centered, what I am learning to battle through might not be the same as what you are but that doesn’t mean we can’t share what we have learned. This is why I do this blog, you may not agree with what I say but you might relate to it, which can make someone feel less alone in this world. I know I have definitely felt less alone since I started blogging and reading other people’s blogs and I have also learned a lot about different things I could try to help me win some of these battles.
We may not win every battle but doesn’t mean we won’t win the war.
Take care all,

Vixxy Rose
