I hope everyone has had a great weekend and is feeling good but remember if you are not ok that is ok too. I have had a busy weekend with family and things have gone better then what I thought. I really excepted some high anxiety this weekend but that bitch has not came out from under her rock.
Since my week has been quite positive I thought I would end it on a positive note. If you follow me on social media you would know I have started sharing my tiny Victories list. I write a list nearly every day that helps me focus on the positive things that have happened in my day to day. I find writing this mildly not only helps me on good days but also on bad, it’s a reminder things are not as bad as I thought they were, when the world feels like a dark place to be in.
I encourage everyone to do something like this to remind them self that they achieve more then they think they do.
